All items are hand-painted & handmade in Australia and will therefore vary slightly in size, pattern placement & depth of colour to those visible in the online store. I professionally gift-wrap all orders & they come delivered with product care information & lots of love & thanks included! 


Payment can be made online through the cart using PayPal & direct payment options. Even if you do not have a PayPal account, you can still use PayPal with your debit or credit card. 

Due to the Custom quality of Wilderness pieces, once an order is placed it can't be changed. Please shoot me an email via the contact page if there is an unforeseeable, major issue & we can chat :)

Made to Order:

All products are made to order after payment is received! 10 - 15 working days is required. If you need an order quick sticks let me know at checkout in the notes section. There will be a $20 fee & I will let you know the quickest time frame that is possible.
Shipping Info:
All Wilderness Products are Made To Order & so take approximately 10 - 15 working days to be complete. They are then sent via Australia Post from the East Coast of Australia & you will be notified once sent.
Letters & packages sent to countries outside Australia are not tracked. If you'd like tracking you can choose that option by leaving a note at the checkout.
Most Wilderness items are sent under the classification of "letter" , this allows cheaper shipping costs for you :) It also usually means items are not automatically tracked (though some bigger Notebooks become a package & are tracked within Australia). If you definitely require tracking please let me know at the checkout by adding in a note.
Shipping times:
Standard Domestic (Wilderness automatic shipping within Australia): 2-6 business days
Express Domestic (by request and within Australia): 1-3 business days
Express International (by request and to countries outside Australia): 2-7 business days
Standard International (Wilderness automatic shipping outside Australia): 10-20 business days.
$5 - $7 AU across Australia for standard shipping & handling (depending on the weight). 
$10 - $20 AU for International orders (this includes standard shipping & handling with no tracking & the price changes depending on the weight).

Package Arrival:

If your package does not turn up within the expected time-frame, please contact me and I will do my best to assist.

However, please be aware that I will wait 30 days from the date of shipping before I consider the parcel "lost", and I will not replace an item sooner than this. 

Wilderness is not responsible for any customs issues, costs, or refusals. If you are concerned or unsure about your country’s customs laws, please check it all out before purchase. If a package comes back to me from customs in the original condition, I will of course refund your money.


I want you to love your piece! If you are unhappy with your purchase you may get a refund once I have received your item (in original condition).
Refunds are not available if it is a custom item (all Wilderness Notebooks), if the item is returned damaged or if it is a sale item.
Make sure you contact me within 7 days of your purchase if you wish to return it for a refund. You will need to pay the cost of return postage & I can only refund the cost of the item not for the original postage you paid. 
Your item will need to be on it's way back within 7 days of you receiving it for a refund.
Exchanges can be made within 14 business days of you receiving the goods. You can exchange for other items or a credit note of the same value minus the postage cost. Exchanges can't be done on custom items, sale items or items returned to me that are damaged.
To exchange or refund item/s:
This does not apply to custom, sale or damaged items.
1. If you wish to exchange or refund, please contact Wilderness through my Customer Service form within the required time. Let me know your reason for exchange or refund - what you wish to exchange for  - & agree that you will return your item in its original condition & pay that postage.
2. The item's are to be returned to Wilderness, if in its original condition, & have been sent within 7 days (refund) or within 14 days (exchange)  of you receiving the item/s.
3. Post item/s to : Wilderness, PO Box 4071, Copacabana, NSW, 2251, Australia.       
4. If you choose a credit voucher, I will email this to you once I have received the returned goods. It will be valid for 12 months. Please request this when emailing me for a return.
5. If you are returning an item for a refund, this refund will be made once the item is received in its original condition. Refunds are on item cost only.

Export Restrictions/Customs:
All taxes & duties including customs & import taxes are the customers responsibility & may be a government requirement of import. Wilderness has no control over these and will not refund customers for any charges. 
Wilderness will not take any responsibility for any damaged good or breakages after the order has been delivered in good condition. I am not responsible for any delivery delays after the order has left me or due to any circumstances beyond our control.
Privacy policy:
I am  dedicated to keeping your details private. I do not swap/sell/pass on any of your personal details. I use them only for your orders & sending newsletters/updates. If you have opted in for a newsletter you can opt out at
